It is with a great deal of pride, joy, and relief that the Volunteers and Board, who keep the Manitou Springs Heritage Center and Museum open and available for free to the community, announce our grand reopening of the museum!
The successful Capital Campaign and the extensive construction work on the museum space could not have been accomplished without the tremendous support of our community, sponsors, members, and friends.
Please join us in thanking everyone involved and celebrating our newly restored and updated museum on June 7th during the Grand Reopening Open House, which is sponsored by ENT. Along with our building transformation, we will be bringing our local and tourist visitors new and revised exhibits in time for the Open
of our House event. Doors will open at 4:30pm; appetizers will be served, and the cash bar will be open at 5:30pm; and brief statements by some of the people involved in the project will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Sign up for our “Underbelly of the Museum” Tours and visit parts of the Museum rarely seen by the public.
We kindly ask for your RSVP so we can gauge the amount of food, libations and tours for this very special event. We could not have accomplished this extraordinary feat without the tremendous support community, sponsors and friends.
