SUMMARY:The Wall - A Montage of First Amendment Rights
DESCRIPTION:The Manitou Springs Heritage Museum is participating in the statewide Sesquisemiquincentennial anniversaries with an exhibit featuring First Amendment rights. The exhibit will feature a controversial collection of historical activist buttons\, posters\, images and ephemera representing our country’s right to Constitutional protections and expression under the First Amendment and cover: \n\n  \n  \n  \n\n\nFreedom of religion\nFreedom of speech\nFreedom of press\nFreedom of assembly\nFreedom of petition\n\nWe choose to acknowledge and recognize the struggles of all people\, including minorities\, who helped shape the United States and our state of Colorado.
